How to get more Google reviews for your restaurant
More recent reviews help guests decide and are part of how prominent your business looks. The rule: ask everyone, reward no one.
Want to know what's wrong with your listing?
Paste your restaurant's Google Maps link and get a PDF within 24 h: profile completeness score, how many negative reviews have no reply, the most repeated complaints with real quotes, and 10 fixes in priority order. One-off €19.
Launch price €19. The €19 launch price ends on 30 November 2026 or after the first 20 orders, whichever comes first. After that the regular price is €49.

What works
- Get your short review link from your Business Profile ("Ask for reviews") and put it on a QR card at the bill, not on the table at the start.
- Ask in person at the end of a good meal: "If you enjoyed it, a Google review helps us a lot."
- Add the link to booking confirmation and thank-you emails (only to guests who booked; no cold emails).
- Reply to every review, so guests see you read them.
What to avoid
- Discounts, free drinks or prizes in exchange for reviews.
- Asking only happy guests (review gating) or writing reviews for yourself, staff or friends.
- Buying reviews: in the EU this is an unfair commercial practice, and Google removes them.
